Passenger Van Rental in Killeen, TX

Killeen is home for us. The vans are here, the keys are here, and every rental on this site starts and ends in this city. Our homepage covers the basics, so this page is the practical version: how pickup day actually works, who rents from us week to week, and where a full tank out of Killeen will take your group.

How pickup day works here

Every rental starts with a booking made at least 24 hours before pickup. That day of notice gives us time to service the van and have it ready when you arrive. Our pickup point is private, so the exact address comes with your booking confirmation.

When you arrive, you sign the rental agreement before payment. The security deposit is a refundable card hold taken at pickup, not a charge, and we note the fuel level and condition together so the return check stays quick. On return day the van comes back with a full tank, we walk around it together, and the hold is released.

Pickup and return run weekdays 9AM to 5PM. Weekend pickups and returns are fine as long as you book them during business hours, which is how most Saturday tournament mornings get their vans.

The groups we see every week

Killeen rentals fall into a familiar pattern. Local church groups book vans for outings and service projects. Fort Cavazos families use them for unit events, family days, homecomings and PCS weeks when relatives arrive and the household suddenly needs more seats. College groups put the whole roster in one van. Youth sports leagues move a team and its gear to a game. Home daycares keep field trips in one vehicle, and small business crews ride to job sites together.

For churches, schools and sports teams, rentals are quoted individually, so those bookings start as a custom quote.

Weekends here: tournaments, lake days and the I-35 corridor

A Killeen Saturday usually points one of two directions. The first is local: a tournament, a ball field across town, a lake day where the coolers and chairs matter as much as the people. The second is down the highway. We sit on the I-35 corridor with Temple to the north, Austin to the south and Waco beyond. Every rental includes 200 free miles per day, then $0.75 per mile, and unlimited mileage is available on request as a $300 optional extra. Miles are counted per day, so a two-day rental carries twice the free miles of a one-day rental.

Because this is our home base, Killeen is also the pickup point for the towns around us. If your group is in Temple, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Belton or the Fort Cavazos area, the van still starts its trip here — and each town has its own page.

Rates, deposits and fees, all in one place

Ford Transit passenger van: $179.00 per day. E-350 High-Roof 15-passenger van: $249.00 per day.

Mileage: 200 free miles per day, then $0.75 per mile. Unlimited mileage available on request as a $300 optional extra. Miles are counted per day, so a two-day rental carries twice the free miles of a one-day rental.

Security deposit, a refundable card hold taken at pickup, not a charge: $250 for the Transit, $500 for the E-350. Out-of-state trips: $500 for the Transit, $1,000 for the E-350.

Cleaning fee: $75 per rental. Smoking fee: $500. Fuel: full tank on return, or market rate for fuel plus a $25 fee.

Cancellation: free up to 7 days before pickup. Between 72 hours and 7 days, you pay the greater of 50% of the first day’s rate or $100. Inside 72 hours, a no-show or an early return gets no refund, but 100% converts into a 12-month reservation credit.

Both vans are non-CDL and both are self-drive rentals, so the driver comes from your group.
