The Ford Transit passenger van rents for $179.00 per day. The E-350 High-Roof 15-passenger van rents for $249.00 per day and gives you the tallest roofline in the fleet, which matters when people are boarding with bags and equipment.
Both are non-CDL passenger vans. They are self-drive rentals, which means the group supplies the driver and GrindHouse supplies the vehicle.
The money side, without the fine print
Daily rate, mileage and deposit are the three numbers people ask about first.
Mileage is 200 free miles per day. After that it is $0.75 per mile. Unlimited mileage can be arranged on request if your trip needs more room.
The security deposit is a refundable card hold taken at pickup, not a charge. It is $250 for the Transit and $500 for the E-350. Out-of-state trips require larger holds: $500 for the Transit and $1,000 for the E-350. No money leaves your account unless there is damage, loss or a late return.
The van comes back with a full tank, or market rate for fuel applies plus a $25 fee. There is a $75 cleaning fee per rental.
Free up to 7 days before pickup. Between 72 hours and 7 days, you pay the greater of 50% of the first day’s rate or $100. Inside 72 hours, a no-show or an early return gets no refund, but 100% converts into a 12-month reservation credit.
Booking with 24 hours to spare
We ask for at least 24 hours between booking and pickup. Same-day rentals are not something we can promise, and the extra day also gives your group time to sort out who is driving and who is collecting the keys.
Pickup and return run weekdays from 9AM to 5PM. Weekend pickups and returns are allowed when they are booked during business hours, which is helpful for Saturday games.
