Getting everyone to the water in one vehicle

A lake day sounds simple until you count the people, the tubes, the coolers and the chairs. Four cars means four parking spots, four gas tanks and four different arrival times. One passenger van means the group arrives together and leaves together, and the day starts when you pull out of the driveway instead of when the last car shows up.

The same logic holds for the bleachers. A youth team traveling to a weekend tournament, a booster club moving equipment, a group of parents who would rather split one rental than put a season of miles on four personal vehicles.

Four groups that call us

• Church groups and ministries. Outings, retreats, service projects and trips to visit another congregation. A coordinator can plan one vehicle and one schedule instead of a chain of phone calls.
• Youth sports teams and booster clubs. Team travel with the gear in the back and the whole roster in the seats.
• Families and reunions. Graduations, holidays, and relatives visiting from out of state who all need to be in the same place at the same time.
• Small businesses. A crew heading to a job site or a trade show, riding together so the day starts on time.

Choose the van, then the rate

The Ford Transit passenger van is $179.00 per day. The E-350 High-Roof 15-passenger van is $249.00 per day. The E-350 is the one to take when the group is large or when people are loading bags, camping gear or team equipment.

Both are non-CDL vans, and both are self-drive rentals.

The facts before you book

Mileage is 200 free miles per day, then $0.75 per mile. Unlimited mileage is available on request.

The security deposit is a refundable card hold taken at pickup, not a charge. It is $250 for the Transit and $500 for the E-350. Out-of-state trips require larger holds: $500 for the Transit and $1,000 for the E-350. No money leaves your account unless there is damage, loss or a late return.

The van comes back with a full tank, or market rate for fuel applies plus a $25 fee. There is a $75 cleaning fee per rental.

Free up to 7 days before pickup. Between 72 hours and 7 days, you pay the greater of 50% of the first day’s rate or $100. Inside 72 hours, a no-show or an early return gets no refund, but 100% converts into a 12-month reservation credit.

Booking, pickup and saving your date

We need at least 24 hours between your booking and your pickup. Pickup and return are weekdays 9AM to 5PM. Weekend pickups and returns are allowed when booked during business hours, which is what most lake Saturdays and tournament mornings look like.

Keys are collected in Killeen. Church, school and team rentals run through a custom quote because group bookings are quoted individually, so start those as a quote request.
